This year’s edition of the regional conference Property Forum will once again be held in Wrocław. The meeting is organized by the PTWP SA Group – the publisher of PropertyNews.pl and PropertyDesign.pl. – it will take place on November 9th at Sofitel Wroclaw Old Town hotel.
What projects await Wrocław? What investment opportunities can the city offer to the real estate world? This, among other things, will be discussed at the real estate owner and manager meeting. Property Forum Wrocław will host representatives of self-government authorities, tenants, as well as owners and managers of companies investing in the commercial space market (office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, warehouses). Invited participants include the heads of the largest advisory agencies, representatives of financial institutions and other members from the institutional environment of the industry.
The event will be accompanied by Work&Leisure Talks presentations. This cycle is dedicated to presenting the participants with the newest trends in design and arrangement of space inside and outside of commercial structures. Here, we will present our ideas for the use of concrete, our most interesting projects involving furniture, as well as surface products and special projects made of architectural concrete.
